Madison's fitness and wellness journey started after the birth of her daughter 4 years ago. What began as a quest for health became a way of life and eventually a career.

Madison has earned her ACE Personal Training Certification, is an NASM Certified Women's Fitness Specialist and a Certified Postnatal Fitness Specialist. With these specialties, she is on a mission to create a world of strong moms who love and appreciate the things their bodies have done and can do.

Stacey has helped thousands of women achieve their fitness and health goals over the past 14 years.  She currently runs her own semi-private personal training business within the largest yoga studio in Boston, Massachusetts. Stacey is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, holds her Russsian Kettlebell Certification and is also a Registered Yoga Teacher through the National Yoga Alliance.
